Once you have decided that we are right for you, you then need to decide whether you want to instruct us on a tenant introduction or full property management service. The following information should assist you in deciding which option is best suited for you:

Letting only service

  1. Providing Rental Valuation

  4. Negotiating terms between prospective tenants and yourself
